As android is evolving, from Android 4.0 to 4.1 and 4.2, also we have 1 out of 4 device of android in Jelly bean, at the same time Android is getting ready for 5.0 called as key lime pie, named after american dessert.
So today we discuss about what will be in Key Lime Pie? which might get released at Google' I/O conference 15-17th May.
Faster & Fastest with Android 5.0
As we all know that Android has default problem of hanging and being slow compared to iOS thanks to new Kernels Key Lime Pie would be faster as operating system will use lesser RAM now.
This will improve multitasking drastically.
Google Babble
Key Lime Pie or Android 5.0 will be including something called Google Babble which is a new communication tool and will combine Google Chat, Google Hang Out, Google Voice in to one new application called Google Babble.
So wait for exciting new App in Android 5.0
Guest Mode
A Guest Mode is where your family members or friends can use your phone without accessing the settings or Key Features of your device e.g. SMS Messaging. It is as good as Guest Mode in windows PC.
Improved widgets for Lock Screen
With the Android 4.2 coming in, we have option to put some limited widgets on lock screen so that you don't need to unlock device each time when you access weather, news etc. However in 4.2 one can't use any widgets this restriction will be removed from android 5.0 on wards...
May Samsung & Nexus devices will be the first to adopt Key Lime Pie or Android 5.0, Samsung Galaxy S4 will be the first to adopt Android 5.0
Some Samsung insider claims that Galaxy S2, S3, Galaxy Note 2 will also get Key Lime Pie later on...
At the same time it would be interesting to see who from our homegrown champions will come out with KLP device first will it be micromax, Karbonn or Lava?? Suggests your answer in comment section...:)
