Solving Redmi1S heating Issue and Ram Availability

For those who has got the Redmi1S after many attempts in flash sales, and if you are now de-moralized by Heating Issue and Low RAM availability of the Redmi1S, then don't worry. Today We will show you how can solve the problem of overheating and low RAM availability in Redmi1S.

To sort out both the issues, all you need to do it update your phone software to latest MIUI ROM which is V45 ( version 45).
This software patch is just released, but the update is pretty hefty and size is 515 MB.
There are two ways to update your phone.
(1) If you have 3G connection or good WiFi network then just go to Setting ---> About Phone --> Check System Update.
But Say if you don't have good WiFi network / 3G network then don't worry follow these set of instruction for the same.
(2) Click on the below link to download the software patch to your computer.
It will download the complete ZIP file to your computer.

It will download the complete ZIP file to your computer.
- Copy the ZIP file to Redmi1S using data cable and put it in the folder named "downloaded_rom"
- If you can't find this folder, go to Explorer, then click on the list view and then click on the left most down arrow and now select "internal storage" You will find folder here.
- Start the "Updater" app from the launcher
- Press Menu option and then select "Installation File" option
- Chose the ZIP file which you have downloaded.
- Click on Update button and Hurray you are done.
- Apply Reboot once the update is over
