Facebook to launch Facebook branded Phone on 4th April

When last week, facebook sent an invite for their event "Facebook's new Home on Android" for 4th April, there were many speculation about what would be the event?

But now it seems that air is clear and cat it out of the bag, facebook will release their Facebook phone which is from HTC on 4th April, however Zuckerburg has denied interest in hardware many times. Such co branded phone can also be due to the fact that, their revenue is decreasing as many people login from mobiles in developing countries. Well is this the reason behind changing status at facebook?

So it's HTC Myst which is Facebook phone, so obviously it's android phone, little bit tweaked by facebook.
