Riding on the India's No 1 Handset maker claim, Micromax is said to release the cheapest Octa-Core phone, on 15th August. Micromax Unite Anthem A290 will be a budget Octa Core phone with 4.7 inch IPS LCD touch screen display, however display resolution is not known yet! If we believe the MMXnewscaster who is believed to be sure shot in terms of Micromax related news, then Micromax Unite Anthem A290 will have 1.4 GHz Octa Core processor with 1 GB RAM. It will have 8 GB internal memory and 32 GB expandable storage with memory card.
It will have 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS support. It will run on the latest Android KitKat 4.4 OS. On the camera front it will have 8 Mega Pixel auto focus camera with LED Flash and on the front it will have 5 Mega Pixel snapper for selfie!
Micromax Unite Anthem A290 is supposed to be backed by 2010 mAh battery and will be priced at Rs 9999/-. In this price range it will be the cheapest offering from the Micromax, however it can't beat the Wickedleak Wammy Neo youth!
