Those who have given early pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and who have received, are getting a shocker that only 9GB internal memory is available for usage. Because rest of the memory will be used for OS & Other pre-installed applications which can't be removed without rooting, and if you root warranty will void.
However you can use the microsd card and expands the storage upto 64GB.
It is normal in android phones that you get lesser internal storage as OS captures some of the part of the internal storage but here you get only half of the advertised storage. This may be because, Samsung has customized the android more here to implement better features.
But expanding the storage with memory card is not a very good idea as you can't move all the applications + files to memory card.
S4 mini is available in market for Rs 26500 and Note2 is available at Rs 29000?

Note 2 has more internal memory, larger screen good battery back up but heavy, released last year...
