Till today we have seen many dual SIM Android phones by Micromax, Samsung and others. Now, MediaTek (which is a company manufacturing mainly ARM processors) announced an Android platform which will support 3 SIM cards.
This platform will allow receiving calls, browsing data and sending messages from all the three 3G SIMs simultaneously. These SIMs will work concurrently without eating up much of the phone's battery. It is noteworthy that this platform is stable one and there won't be any issue with call drops or call quality.
LG announced that it had partnered with MediaTek to release first triple SIM phone with this new platform.
So let's wait for the phone using this platform.
