From the sometime back, we are hearing that Amazon is planning to launch it's own smartphone, Amazon is expected to launch it's smartphone within a month. We have got all the specifications and photos of the Amazon smartphone courtesy BGR.
The front of the phone shows the large tiles on screen with three hard buttons on the side, on the back we can see the amazon logo along with two speaker grill. It seems that the design of the amazon smartphone is inspired from the many present phone such as HTC One, Samsung Galaxy as it has polished bezel.
Amazon will run modified version of Android OS as it has been doing in the Kindle series tablets and e-book readers, the smartphone will come with Amazon store for the app installation. Amazon is working with AT&T for the cheap data plan. It will have 3D interface and unique gesture based controls.
If you look on the hardware side then it will have 4.7 Inch HD screen with diplay resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, in terms of pixels per inch it will be 313 ppi. It will be powered by Quad Core processor from Qualcomm's Snapdragon chip along with 2 GB RAM. Surprisingly Amazon smartphone will have six cameras.
