Panasonic has announced, Panasonic Eluga U smartphone in India for Rs 18,990/- which is slated to be available in August first week. Panasonic Eluga U is Dual SIM smartphone with Android 4.4 KitKat OS. It has 5 Inch IPS HD display with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, in terms of pixel per inch it will come to 294 ppi. It is designed beautifully with One Glass Solution and display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Under the hood, it has 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor from Qualcomm with 2 GB RAM, it has 16 GB internal storage, which can be further expanded to 32 GB. Panasonic Eluga U 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and on the front it has 2 MP camera for selfie!
On the connectivity front it offers, 2G, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and A-GPS. It packs 2500 mAh battery. It weighs 141 gram and available in Black and White colors.
Panasonic Eluga U seems to a costlier affair, considering the specs it has, it will be interesting to see, how Indian markets receive it as it faces tough competition from Xiaomi MI-3 and Micromax.
