Xiaomi RedMi 1S has 4.7 Inch IPS HD touch screen with resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and in terms of pixels per inch it will come to 312 ppi. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection on the screen to resist from scratches. Xiaomi RedMi 1S is powered by 1.6 GHz Quad Core processor from Qualcomm with 1GB RAM and Adreno 305 image processor.
It has 8 GB internal memory which can be further expanded to 64 GB with micro SD card. It has 8 Mega Pixel rear camera with LED flash, the rear camera is auto focus and capture 1080p videos. On the front it has 1.6 Mega Pixel camera for selfie!
