Panasonic Lumix DMC LZ20 is a very good point to
shoot camera in low budget(Below 10K).
Following are the key features:

This is a very good low cost entry
level point to shoot camera offered by Panasonic. It is having good zoom and
advanced features like OIS, panorama mode, HD recording etc.. No doubt, it is not having best of the
features, but at the price which is offered it is certainly a “paisa vasool”
gadget. It comes in professional camera look and you can find very good image
and video quality even in high zoom mode. Some key features are explained
below.
1. 21x optical zoom with 16.1 megapixel full resolution: It allows you to take pictures of
distance objects without any additional accessories in full resolution.
2.
OIS (Optical Image stabilizer) : This feature is really required for
new photographers as it nullifies blurring due to shake of hands and moving
objects.
3. 25 mm ultra wide lens : It allows you to capture images in wide areas like
landscapes, groups etc. It is almost double of that given by 35 mm lens.
4. Intelligent Auto Mode : It is also an important feature for armature photographers as
camera itself take care of all necessary corrections
5. Large 3.0 inch LCD : It is a big screen with intelligent LCD function which adjust LCD
screen parameters according to surrounding conditions to enable user real time
image viewing.

If you are looking for good pictures and nice movies under a variety of circumstances, this is by far the best in this range. It definitely doesn’t match the quality of a DSLR but then it costs about 1/3rd of a basic DSLR (not including about 2 to 5 thousand on lenses). But in this range this is good buy.
