Amazon Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire HD 8.9 tablets to be launched in India

After the launch of Google Nexus 7 in India it looks like international giants are looking to cash Indian tablet market. After Google, Amazon is also launching Kindle series in India. Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire HD 8.9 tablets will be available here from 27 Jun 2013.
As you might have read Amazon has launched their site in India few days ago and these tablets will also be available on Amazon online store. You can even see the Kindle fire HD advertisement on home page of Amazon.
Kindle Fire HD 16 GB model is priced at Rs 15999 and 32 GB model costs Rs 18999. For your information this is the same price at which you can get Google Nexus 7 16 GB.
Kindle Fire HD 8.9 16 GB model is priced at Rs 21999 and 32 GB model costs Rs 25999. Both these models have same specifications except screens size (...and of course resolution) and processor. The 7 inch version has 1.2 GHz dual core processor whereas the 8.9 inch model has 1.5 GHz dual core processor.
These tablets come with 1 GB of RAM. They also come with Cloud-accelerated browser called as Amazon Silk.
The connectivity options is ONLY Wi-Fi. Some of the other features include:
