Swipe Telecom has launched a new budget tablet in India, Swipe Slice, for Rs 4990/- It is exclusively available on Amazon. Swipe Slice is a Dual SIM Tablet with voice calling mainly targeted at students and first time buyers. Swipe Slice has 7 inch capacitive touch screen with display resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Swipe Slice has 1.3 GHz Dual Core processor with 512 MB RAM. It has 4 GB internal memory which can be further expanded to 32 GB with micro sd card.
It has dual camera, on the back it has 2 Mega Pixel camera and on the front it offers VGA camera for Selfie! Swipe Slice has a bit outdated connectivity options such as WiFi, Bluetooth, GPRS / EDGE and GPRS. However Tab lacks 3G connectivity. It has voice calling facility with FM Radio.
Swipe Slice runs on Jelly Bean 4.2 OS and there is no word about KitKat update. It has 3000 mAh battery and comes with 1 year warranty!
