Normally you have heard of the Dual SIM handsets with single screen, but now presenting a smartphone with Dual Screen and Single SIM, yes the World Famous Phone for its Dual Screen is now available in India via Flipkart. However this is a pricey affair and it is available for Rs 23,499/-
Yota phone which has two screen, has one normal touch screen and another is special display on back known as electronic paper display. This second screen which is always on helps you to get all the relevant information that you need without waking up the phone. Second screen will continue to show the information you need, like missed calls, weather updates, boarding pass or anything, till you need, even if battery is completely drained!!
Primary screen of Yota Phone consist of 4.3 Inch touch screen display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and it supports 16 M colors display. In terms of pixel per inch, it comes to 342 ppi. Whereas the back display has similar screen size 4.3 inch with 640 x 360 pixels resolution. Yota Phone is powered by Dual Core Snapdragon processor which has clock speed of 1.7 GHz along with 2 GB RAM.
Display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
It has 32 GB internal storage. On the camera front it has 13 Mega Pixel rear camera with LED flash and on the front it has 1 Mega Pixel camera. Rear camera is capable of capturing Full HD 1080p videos.
On the connectivity front it offers, 2G, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and micro USB. It runs on the outdated Jelly Bean 4.2 OS.
